It had been a while since I last saw them last, but was certainly worth the wait - the 25th anniversary tour of the mission was a blinding affair ~ after the apt crowd warm up by fields of the nephilim, Hussey, Hinkler and Adams pulled off a treat with a greatest hits set. Incredible opener for the Mission XXV concert... we almost missed the set as the queue for the show wrapped the whole of the Brixton Academy! Missed the 'Neph back in the day, so this was a great catch up for us... I don't think I've seen so much use of dry ice in a show!

First time at this venue for a band I'd been looking forward to seeing for a long time. Nice dark performance, great sound but back-lighting not in favour for photography. Pah!
